- City or parks department: we’ll scope a pop-up park deployment on your candidate site.

What happens after you reach out
First a short scoping call: your goals, your site or school, your timeline, your funding picture. Then a written proposal with pod configuration, schedule, and pricing — plus grant and sponsorship options if there’s a gap. Community deployments are scheduled around an 8-week programming window; school subscriptions align to semesters, so earlier conversations get better calendars.
